CLINTON — A man was arrested by Clinton police after he fled from Salt Lake City police and arrived home, barricading and refusing arrest until a SWAT team was called and he surrendered.
Clinton police said they were called to check the area of 1600 North and 2900 West, near the man’s home, at 10:49 a.m. on Tuesday. At approximately 1:30 p.m., police posted on Facebook asking the public to avoid the area.
